Resumes to You has a very fashionable and attractive design. The company is based in Australia and offers its services worldwide. However, when you start browsing the site, you surprisingly notice that it’s not very comfortable to use – the menu on the top is not giving you a hint where to find prices and services, and sometimes you hit the broken links.

Price Policy

I was looking for resume prices and found they start from $199 per package. The price for selection criteria start from $250 for an entry level. I needed some help with my LinkedIn profile – I already got a written resume from cvresumewritingservices.org . I found that my profile completion will cost $199.00. They also offer an interesting type of service – resume infographics. I think, it’s a perfect fit for designers or other creative workers.

Order details

I added my order to cart but I found it impossible to find the cart itself! I had to call them to get explained how to make an order. After I paid, I contacted them and was told that my profile will be completed within 4 days. That was ok with me, as I wasn’t in a hurry. I didn’t communicate with the writer, I only attached my resume and explained what I wanted.

Quality of writing and support

I browsed the site once again in the meantime and found that is wasn’t as
convenient as it seemed to me at the first slight. You need to click here and there to find the needed information. I didn’t find a single word about guarantees or customer satisfaction, too.

Conclusion

In about 4 days I was informed that my profile was completed. I logged in and discovered that the profile differs from what was written in my resume! Some points just did not match. I contacted them once again and they told they created an effective profile for me basing on the resume. The writer didn’t fully follow my instruction. So I ended up fixing small mistakes on my own. I don’t think I can recommend them after that.
